Thank you for visiting the Martin Thomas for Norfolk City Council Website. As a your councilman for the Ward 1, I am excited about the future of our district.  I will continue to work hard to keep our neighborhoods safe, grow our local economy, and make our schools the best they can be.  I look forward to meeting you, and hearing your concerns and ideas about Norfolk’s future.  Together, we can make sure that our future is not a matter of chance, but a matter of choice.
